Oh what a wonderful thing...
He doesn't hate Windows like the comments seem to be saying, he hates the fact that it isn't easy to use microsoft.com and windows update, and the fact that a couple-second download takes minutes to install (which is a problem of the installer, and not of Windows). He also hates how the installers and whatnot on windows update weren't clear and that they downloaded obscure patch names with no decription other than a number.
.... which really sums up the whole windoze experience! I use 3rd party apps when ever possible to avoid MS's BS and boring lackluster software.
