Looks like a composite to me with that water looking plastic, but that maybe down to exposure time.

Lovely image, I'd love to see someone attempt this in TG2; there's a chap out there in web land offering some free (and some not so free) castle models, ah just found the link (http://www.rodluc.com/). I don't think there's anything more than Photoshop manipulation going on here, nothing 3D in any case.
