Does anyone recommend a good forum for submitting Renderman questions, including newby questions?

can't recommend any forums... as I don't know any. What I know are more data collections: There are some books out there that are great: the companion, the advanced companion, renderman shading language. Some useful sites, fundza probably being the most useful:

The problem I'm having with The Renderman Shading Language Guide is the lack of the CD and no website from which to download the header files for the examples.
