Ah, PlanetGenesis.  I wish it had gotten more development before TG2 came out because it was the only viable alternative (in my opinion) to World Machine for a Mac user.

Rumours have it that TG2 may have sparked planetGenesis back into live, and the image above was generatered using a noise option that is not in the last release. :o

That is great to hear! I have been looking around the program a bit, but I must admit that I have not spent a good amount of time in it. My interests in terrain creation is quickly growing while I am studying the terrain nodes in tg2. I am hoping I can learn lots from future looks into planetGenesis :D, because right now I am trying to build techniques that rely on more then just presets :).
