as can be seen from the attachment Arctan(2,4) returns the value 0.463648 (26.5651 degrees).
I expected 0.5236 (30 degrees) or 1.04712 (60 degrees) ?
Sorry Arctan2 works correctly. Arctan(y, x) returns the angle between the line from origin
to [x,y] and the y-axis.
