Geekatplay "Discovering Terragen" videos – how to access?

Planetside just sent out an email offering a free set of Geekatplay "Discovering Terragen" videos to new and existing owners of TG3. I am unable to figure out how to claim this offer at Geekatplay's website and their contact form does not work (though I did just email them traditionally).

Ideas?

This tutorial set is normally $20, but when you purchase Terragen 3 you get free access to the full set of downloadable videos (no need for streaming, allows offline access), more than 20 videos in total and over 2 1/2 hours of educational content."

The download will be available on the *Planetside* website in your online store account, under Downloads (it's a single large 7-zip file). We're currently rolling it out for existing customers, so check back in a day or so. Thanks for your patience!

Ah, thanks! Maybe clarify in a follow-up email? It kind of gets your hopes up then leaves you lost, like highway signs in NJ ;-)

The email was intentionally not sent to the licensed user email list (although there is some overlap, obviously), so hopefully that confusion will be minimized.
