Unable to find a valid license key

Hi all, long time no see.

So I recently decided to re-visit some of my own personal TG scenes after not having touched them for many years.
Installed the most recent version of TG I have a license for (Terragen2MacDeep2540) and copied my license key file into the installed folder as instructed: (/Applications/Terragen\ 2\ Deep\ Edition) and tried to start up the application.
This is what I saw:



Not what I was hoping to see.
Any idea what's going on here? I would appreciate the help.

I don't have a Mac, but have you tried to point to your key file from within TG? Maybe you put it in the wrong place, so if you go to Help/Add License Key File, does it work then? If not, you'll have to contact support I'm afraid.

I should have mentioned that Terragen doesn't start up. It halts at this error dialog.

I'd send a mail to Planetside. At least it should work in 'free mode'. Or reinstall?
