I agree with MacGyver (did I just say that?  That show has been off-air for so long...).

I like your choice of color for the stones.

Thanx guys, and YEAAHH I didn't like the clouds too. ;)

I'll add more samples next render to see what happens and push the planet a little into space (it has to be bigger in sky than moon but not so....) :)

There are some bucket errors(if you can see'em) too that I'll try to fix and wanna put some mood in the overall image (any tips?!?!). I thought about some kind of desert sandstorm but it wouldn't come up the way i want (more fluid and windy).

I like the stones, they work well; I also like the clouds, they have a nice windswept look to them, which goes with your description.

I think the other planet need some work; just an idea, how about making it huge, as if you are standing on a moon orbiting a large gas giant?
