Highlanders Home TG2TP Version

Some of you may know my highlander images from TG0.9.xx. Well, i reloaded the hightfield into TG2TP and tried to achieve some improvements. I hope you like it. Comments and critics are very welcome. To see the v0.9 version, just visit my Rendo gallerie, and no, you don't need a account there to watch my images. Just follow the link in my footer.

Nice, I think the other parts of the land should have trees though. Nice to see people looking back though.

I honestly liked your TG 0.9 version better.  While the clouds are more interesting and the trees add to the landscape, I think your colors with the other were better.  For those who want a reference, here is the old one: http://www.ashundar.com/plug.php?e=coppermine

Thanks for the flowers! ;-) Take this one as a WIP. I am still learning how TG2 works with surfaces and noises. The water will not look like the old version, because the lack of transparency. But i am certain i will color it close to the old version.
P.S.: Don't forget, that the TG0.9 version is rendered in high-res. This makes a big difference, even though TG2s details in lo-res are better. I haven't registered my copy yet.

The old version is better for the moment, but I think a better one could be made in T2TP with a bit more learning...
