If and when we do have a Facebook or Twitter presence, we are not likely to use it for support. The forums provide the best means of support since everyone can contribute and discussions are neatly organized into threads, not to mention the importance of file attachments (TGD, example images). Twitter and Facebook may be useful for announcements, news updates, and other more community-related activities aside support, and we are considering how to use these tools to best effect as we move forward.
