Excerpt from Log (Exp17: day 33):
" Over the many seasons since our intervention the hatching ground has become quite crowded.
The best time to begin observation is in the early morning before the eggs warm up and start hatching.
(As you know from Day 7 and the events surrounding Emil's tragic demise, arriving late can be very hazardous.)
This is our last photo, taken as the fog lifts, on the day after the last eggs had hatched.
Overall its been a very successful season and we are all looking forward to next year's expedition.
