Where is the money/my key for terragen? (fixed)

Hello dear readers,

my startup with terragen is not so good, 3 weeks ago I buyed a new pc. On the 12th of august I payed* TERRAGEN 2, but I didn't use any credit card and so I wrote to the Terragen Support: support@planetside.co.uk

On the 16th of August I got the answer from Terragen Support

> We checked this morning and the payment hadn't been received but this isn't unexpected for UK banks - we still have a fairly slow payment system.  We will continue to check and will report back as soon as possible.

Ok, now we have the 23th of August, and where is my money? I purchased terragen per online-banking by german Sparkasse by the classical way - by bank transfer?
Where is my Key?
