Sun still visible behind mountain!?!

I have turned off visible disc but for some unknown reason my sun is still appearing as a glowing sphere through my mountain, any ideas?

hi Andrew,

in the atmo tab, go to quality and tick the 'recieve shadows from surfaces'
this will fix this if I recall correctly....

Yep, that did the trick, massive increase in render time though, ho hum.

you could try a crop render of the affected area and add in this in post work?
