Haven't received my key yet

Hello,

How long does it take usually to receive the licence key after purchase ?
I begin to worry because I haven't received anything yet. I wrotte a message yesterday to the registration mail as indicated
but no answer so far.

I am now going to learn terragen in depth and hope to post my first image very soon.

Sending keys is currently a manual process and can take up to 24 hours. In the case of Xfrog bundles it can take longer because they *manually* notify us via email of bundle purchases, and sometimes there are additional delays on their end.

Hello, I haven't received my key yet either.  I know, I'm probably impatient, but I'm dying to render in full glory  

[edit] removed worldpay data, not sure if I should post that here.

Anyway can someone from planetside look into this? I sent a request to the email address specified on the worldpay receipt.

I don't see any key requests in the registrations queue that haven't been handled, so I presume yours was sent. Let us know if not.
