Did you do any postwork or is there a way reduce glare while leaving a disc with suns in TG2?  I've been wanting to do this with binary sun shots for some time now.

yes indeed! I would like to know as well.. This is very very realistic looking, partially cause of the low light, and partially because of the scale..

Very good work on this, what was your render time? thats a very high resolution.

Nice work. It would be great, but I'm not into yellow so much... my failing. Good to see you rendering! I hope the computer can hold up for you.

Reduce the 'sun glow amount' in any atmosphere/cloud nodes that you have in your scene, you'll then see a nice 'golden-penny' sun's disc. I imagine Jack used values of around '0.1', maybe even '0' actually, for the 'sun glow amount' in this image.

* You'll also want to increase the angular diameter of the sun, you might not see much at the default '0.5'.
