Write to the user, Bastien. Ask him politely to remove the track as he doesn't have any rights to use it. Unless you uploaded it under a Creative Commons license, which you have not, then it may only be shown on Youtube, by Youtube and as your material.

If the user refuses to remove it, write next to the wat.tv team and ask them to forcibly remove it from the user's account. Failing all that, you can look into legal action regarding copyright.

Just wanted to reinforce Martin, you do own your copyright, even if you have not indicated in writing that you own it. It is yours by law.

How many hits is the song on youtube getting? Perhaps it could be useful to you to simply ask the other person to give you credit and a link to your own website? Can you make lemons into lemonade, or is there no sugar?
