my first render done with Terragen v2.4
i didn't spend much time working on this, i started working on it late at night, and i put together the scene in like 10 minutes or so.

objects-
walli's NWDA grasses and HD pines

render time was 44min, Detail .9/ AA7

Looks very nice considering it was build in 10 minutes.
Maybe add some cirrus clouds and your done.

Great looking scene for such short time! Maybe some clouds and smaller bushes would make it even better.

i had planned on adding more cloud layers and foliage, just didnt have the time.

Have you tried out the new lighting options? This would be a good scene to work them out with.

What did you do to get the texture on the trees to show up like that. I know this is talked about often, I just cant remember right now.

I think I meant to ask if you just did a GI render and one with out? Or?

no, it was just no GI on surfaces render.

now with a second sun, Lighting only, POV also changed slightly, altitude offset on cloud layer.
8hrs render time.

the latest iteration in the Pineland series, unfortunately this iteration was lost from the tgd when the power was knocked from home for about 3hrs, didnt save it.

I forget to save sometimes also.

The fog looks much better in this version.
