How can i export terragen scene to 3dsmax ?

I have tried to export the fbx file from terragen 2 to 3dsmax 2013,
but in 3dsmax ihave nothing why ?
can some one explain step by step how to do that ?

and the result, nothing at all !!!!!!!!! just camera and light, but the scene ????? environnment ?

Please have a look at the FBX reference in the wiki:

As explained there, you need to export terrain separately using a Micro exporter node. Aside from that, from your screenshots it looks like it's working as expected.

I should say FBX export doesn't enable you to replicate the complete TG scene in another app. So much of what TG does is based on procedural shaders and there is no way to export those. The idea of the FBX import/export is to allow you to export the basics of the scene which means you can set up and render elements in another app which can be composited with the scene rendered in TG.
