Dear fellow TG2 friends and geeks ;)

CGScenery.com is online!

At this moment 3 video tutorials are online in the blog/tutorials section of the site.
I'm still working on more content as well as figuring out a few things, as this is my very first website ever ;)

Stay tuned for upcoming TG2 freebies to celebrate the launch!

Cheers,
Martin

Looks great, I wish you much success with the site.

Super site, Martin. Congratulations! This will be a great intro for users; your explanations are very clear, and if you weren't familiar with the program, you get to know it very fast. A definite must see for starting Terrageneers. And I'm sure the depth of tutorials will grow over time and give more experienced users some interesting knowledge.

One thing, if I may. It's set up like a blog, so the first tutorial is gradually sinking lower. You might reconsider the layout, as a first time user/viewer of your site will need to start at the first tutorial.

groetjes,

Thank you all guys ;D

Thank you for your kind words Ulco.

Yes I have been thinking about this as well and for now I've chosen to categorize the tutorials in 3 categories; beginner, intermediate and advance.
I'm not really sure what's most effective. The idea of a blog is of course that most recent posts are at the top, but I reckon things may sink down, although that's just the way it is.

I'll give it a bit more thought and will wait for some more feedback.

I was wondering how everybody's first impression is?

For the ones who watched the first 3 tutorials:
What do you think of them?
How were they paced? Slow/Fast?
Easy/hard to follow?

Thanks in advance :)

Cheers,
Martin

I watched the last one. I predict this to be an eye opener for newbies. Well done and thorough, pace should be slow enough to follow for everyone. PS should be paying you for this :)

Your videos are easy to follow and important in the basic comprehension of the software. Curiously Planetside never made some and yet this would help to demystify this software. I think that your video tuto could reassured possible purchaser of Terragen 2. Personally I appreciate this kind of video intervention which is easier to understand because visual for the individuals like me which does not have a good English.
Sorry again for my bad English !  ::)
