Je crois que j'ai payé deux fois terragen 3 sans faire exprêt, lors de l'achat, je voulais savoir si vous pouvez vérifié, car j'ai été déconnecté
et j'ai relancé la page du payement et je voulais savoir si ça à payer une fois où deux.

Et, si c'est le cas, j'aimerais qu'on me rembourse, si possible.

Hello, I think I have paid Terragen 3 twice. I have been disconnected and when I refreshed the page, it was on the payment page again. Can you please check and just debit my card only once. Thanks

Hmm, we actually don't have a record of any new purchases from you. The last one we got from you was made in July, an upgrade to TG3+Animation. Were you buying a new/additional license recently? Did you get any receipt emails from WorldPay (or did you use Paypal)?
