Hey Richard. It works on Vimeo but not on Youtube. Cool vid.  8)

EDIT* Must be on my end. Chrome gets a little whacky when I'm doing a render.

This is is actually very interesting.  It seems making believable (though not necessarily earth specific) continents would be possible using this approach.  I see a lot of great shapes and outlines on these examples.
