I can personally recommend the gnomon training. Its good. Just be careful to only buy lessons that use software you already have. Or have comparable software that you are good enough to translate too.
I don't yet have anything from the teacher in this link. But Im going to buy this DVD on the strength of my previous experiences with the workshop.
