Anyone know what the 2 dark patches in the water are in the foreground? I thought they were shadows at first, but I don't know from what.  ???

Upon Infinity

Bizarre.  I'm clueless.  On the other hand, it looks like you got a decent scene shaping up.

TheBadger

The texture is working really nice on this one yossam.
It has been eaten.

kaedorg

Nice one Yossam. Where did you get this Lighthouse ?

Good one Richard. If the camera would go further back, maybe you would find the source of the shadow.

Dune

Nice lighthouse and scene. I think if you hit the water shader's seed a few times, or reduce patchynes, the reflection will change. I think it's just a flattish area of reflection of the clouds.

That light house looks good. The symetrical base doors remind me of rocket access ports, it may be able to fly to a new place each day. :)

Since the light is coming from the right, I would still guess that there is some obstruction out of the frame on the right and the patches are a cast shadow.
Would like to see a wide angle render or spherical.

Reseeded the water shader..............lost the dark patches. Thanks Ulco.  :)  I'm not thru with this yet. David, I'll post the link for the lighthouse in the next rendition. fleetwood, what aspect ratio for the spherical? I'm curious about the cloud in a wider aspect, haven't looked yet.  ::)

Here you go David.............

Thanks for the link Yossam

I'd think an aspect ratio of 3 to 1 would show a fairly flat horizon.

yossam

Here is 2 to 1, will post the spherical render when it finishes.  :)

masonspappy

Whimsical...Cool... :)

yossam

Spherical render at 3 to 1.  ::)

Upon Infinity

If spherical, I'd recommend getting closer to the objects.  Neat, though.
