Only just saw your set of replies.
I don't know how I missed the sample pack, it may be all I need for now. I'm into a new project now that needs more towers so hopefully ...
Are you using Sculptris or ZBrush?
The monster pack looks fabulous ... if I wanted to make monsters and understood ZBrush !! And I'm not too sure how I'd actually use the full terrains.

I worked with that for a while, but don't know why I stopped using it, actually. Maybe because the demo stopped or had limitations. Looks good, in fact. I now use pixplant for normal/bump maps.

Ulco, funnily enough, I was the same, used to use it years ago (I think mainly with Terragen 0.9), it was still beta, pre 1.0 version. I think I stopped using it because the demo ran out too :-) I seem to remember that it did a damn good job though.

oh man. I have the mac demo still. It is free. I used it a few times and sorta forgot about it too. never thought to make alpha brushes with it!
