Hi,
I'm trying to render a baloon create with C4D but the texture, in some places, appear to be wrongly rendered.See the attachment. What do you think about that?

Looks like a smoothing problem.
There are threads about it in the forum.
Change the smoothing angle in your program or use a more subdivided object.
Mostly just loading in PoseRay and using the "Recalculate normals" in the "Groups" tab and then exporting is enough.
There was a rendering problem too for a while but that was fixed if i remember right.

Hi,
thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately I use osx..
but I'll give it a try with my windows rig and see if that works.
What's strange is that object faces are smoothly rendered, it's only part of the texture which is not (apparently).
