O K, fixed the island by turning it invisible and adding a concrete cube of an appropriate size, increased the size of the rye grass and injected a few groups of Walli's Cortideria grass...oj, and I added entry/exit paths. 'Bout all for this one for now...getting bored. Thanks for all the input.

End result is a big improvement on the start, most definitely. Well done.

Thanks Oshyan..most of it was necessary...one section of the fence had acquired a massive - setting...dunno how that happened but I finally spotted it critiquing a testrender....or just plain fun.

Great! Now up to your marsh  ;)

Quite so Ulco, Had a decent start, but was unable to establish the correct amount of ordered chaos so I put it away for a bit. Thanks for the reminder.

I think your end result is amazing! In some fancy black and white it could be a cool print image :D

It's easy enough to repaint the Corvette B&W and re render..but what you meant is way easier. I'll take it across the road and do some tone mapping as well maybe. Coincidentally, just today I got a remarkably similar but silver white version of this model from Free 3D Models, and it has an engine so it could have an open hood at the station if I found some attendants for the station...LOL...
