I dug up an old scene to work on. Hopefully it will be part of an animation. There will be a few things to add in post.

Cheers

Is this the new version or the same? Looks good and curious about the animation..

kaedorg

Nice composition. Nice mood and colours. A bit dark in the trees maybe.

Thanks guys.

Kadri, it's an old scene in terms of landscape. I've pretty much reworked everything, from veg to animated water flowing, to making a fake stones displacement out blues to get more 'rounded' rocks without hard lines.

There'll be some flying stuff over the water, but that will come from outside of TG.

Dune

Hey Jon, good of you to pop up here again! Nice river, expecially the soft mossy rocks are outstanding, veggies also of course.

Hannes

Superb, Jon. That looks very realistic. Can't wait for the animation.

The rounded rocks are great. 8)

Interesting POV, I think the rocks are a bit to big, decent texturing though. the trees need a bit of variation methinks, but overall its awesome:-)

Sorry couldn't resist :)
It is a low POV so i think they are OK if Hetzen doesn't say anything different.

I await the animation with great anticipation.

I took another look, and missed some grass or groundveggies in the righthandside, just above the rounded rocks. I think you can add some there. I also am keen to know whether these rocks are a nifty use of the fake stones (but it's hard to get them so nice and rounded), or a pop of objects (much easier), or perhaps a vdisp displacement. The latter could well be the case.

Excellent. There's a nice stillness to the image  - I keep expecting a fish to jump or a deer to appear.
