What are some good GDAL converters with CUB support? For example, I am trying OpenEV from FWTools, but I am at 28 hours now and it's "Translated: 0%" lol. The file is over 2GB if that is a issue? But I've got a few at 20gb plus from newer surveys.
Any other programs that are 64bit with better performance? This program is blatantly labeled as "Dated" by it's developers.
