Variated Color in Luminated Surface?

Is it possible to easily obtain multiple colors in a illuminated surface? I notice we only get the one light source color in luminosity.  :-X

There's luminosity image and luminosity function in the default shader where you can add variation.

Oh right, the Default Shader. Always forget about it's beauty. I used it for some nice semi-transparent looking sand awhile back.
