perhaps i'll rerender the scene with a little haze density and a clear sky
Trees are from xfrog with own settings and modified leafs

Nice lighting.  The trees could do with a bit of transparency in my opinion, and the huge difference in scales (the really really small trees to the big ones with nothing in between) seems a bit odd to me.  Also, I think it would be good for you to add a little bit more to the ground.

Nice lighting.  The tree leaves do need transparency and the foreground needs definition.  Great start.

I guess those guys mean translucency, as transparency is not yet that well supported ,-)

yes, you're right with the trees (the very small and the very large and nothing between). Also the foreground looks a bit sad. I thought that after posting the image - but I'll work on it
