Heh heh heh, going back to 2008 and an 800x800 render. Totally forgot about this and it turned up on a thumb drive they didn't get in my 2010 burgulary. No .tgd though so only half lucky. Now a days they'd be in the same place.

Cool globe! I hope you don't mind, but seeing your title.... this was my first render, back in 2009.

Nice history lesson  :)

This was one of my first TG3 pieces. I started my first tests with TG3 in June 2014:

But with the Tg 0.9xx I already played in 1999. Once I even won a price in a german forum and never understood who "planetside" is, which was written on the T-Shirt I won  ;D

Intriguing render, nice to find lost things.

Not sure if this my first TG2/3 render but it is close.   (not counting lots of TG classic....which I loved)  Done in 2011.  Not sure I want to share that date as it seems I have not progressed very far during all these years.   ;D

Are you guys talking about the first render that you ever did. Or the first original scene, or the first big render, meaning the first time you had a render take a long time?
It has been eaten.

fleetwood

For me that was the first render done with the idea of sharing it here.

Dune

In my case it was the first thing that rendered after setting foot for the first time in TG territory.
