A quick doodle messing with fractal variation again, this time used as a snow shader for the leaves. About time I did a winter render this year

When it snowed here, there were a lot of broken branches. You should add some maybe. This is really good though. Is the snow imported with the trees or managed within TG?

the snow is little clip file I made with a white surface layer, a little breakup and displacement, as well as an (optional) reflective shader. I say optional because it makes renders take forever and then some

... anyway, that's all connected through a merge shader with the needle shader.

A very nice winter scene!

I personally would have added some withered grass especially at the areas without snow and perhaps used some more grey color for the rock beneath - but that's personally taste. Great image anyway

Very nice. I agree that a few bare bushes, grasses, or branches poking up could add to it.

Higher res version, added a few plants per suggestion

also attached the clip file for the snow if anyone wants to use it, they can use it however they want, I just saves the file so I wouldn't have to keep remaking the same setup for every plant part.
