I only know "fescue gras" growing in shapes like this https://www.google.nl/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=imgres&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwjvmOv_r_LKAhVE_Q4KHUR7Aa0QjRwIBw&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mijntuin.org%2Fplants%2F774-zwenkgras&psig=AFQjCNESSirwkXbK_roXLAXsyP9k9u_4yg&ust=1455371643100224 but the objects you do provide here would make excellent underwater  vegetation growing in fast flowing (?) small streams. Thank you!

That photograph is a neat looking Fescue grass. Certainly underwater ideas can be used, that would look interesting.

Festuca comes in many tufted types and colors. I have some a local field. Thanks for the share. Looks great.
