These are strata and outcrops shader with three surface layers using power fractals. I tried a compute normal on my surface layers to displace laterally. This way I could sort of control with altitude constraints, etc, etc.

Yes I have Alessandro's Cliff share files. I read the text file and see he uses a way to knock the teats off of the strata and outcrops and displace to make ridges to separate the rock blocks. Most of that is way over my head.

When using a text file.....does the whole file insert or do you have to duplicate each setting on each option per shader?

The steam is a localized low altitude cloud with very thin density. Something else I never tried. This is supposed to look like ..... when early in the morning the cooling of the lake is hitting the hot atmosphere of the coming day. The terrain near the water to represent layered shale..maybe, sorta
