Bravo! Nice work in bringing the Quixel Surface shaders into TG! Any initial thoughts in how useful these surface textures will be, pro's and con's?

Well, it's not SO great, and photorealism isn't such a big deal, as in fact they ARE just photo's, only wrapped around the planet and the object. But you can get some neat results if you're not a TG purist, I very much agree.
@ Doug: I wrote you before, but I think they are very good assets to use for close up stuff. In the distance the texture maps may get too repetitive, but used sparsely up front, in combination with indiginous TG stuff and objects it's quite something. I don't think (know if) there are any vector maps included, which would even be greater; rock texture and vector displacement in one would be awesome. I tried vdisping the normal map, but that's nothing.
