Viewing 3D LUT with Render
October 11, 2016, 06:11:53 PM
I'm curious to know if there's any way to preview or use LUTs within Terragen. We have a show specific LUT that will be used in the final grade of the film so I don't need it to be applied to the render out of TG but I would like to know if there's a way to work with them so I know what the image will look like with the LUT applied.

Unfortunately there is no built-in LUT support in Terragen at this time. It's something we do hope to implement in the future, of course. But we don't have a release date on that.
Perhaps you can use something system-wide?

LUT, possibly the most accurately named item in cgi...LookUpTable...had to know what it was so I looked it up, heh heh....2 types 1D and 3D
something borrowed,
something Blue.
