Actually a light as it's a light house but this was from before the spotlight I think or it would have been better repesented.

Very interesting render!
The lighthouse could be more interesting in a darker ambience. On the other side I like the light in the scene because it lets you explore all the pictures details.

Went back and reread that old thread about fs_island 01/13/16 between you and the Badger. Don't know if you ever save...fast like I do and it lands in the object file? Just a thought.

I have been searching for like months for that .tgd...it died with my old computer I think somehow.

Thanks Ulco, guess I was being "bloody-minded" searching for it, hadn't even started a set up yet; not sure I have the model at water's edge but I do have that lighthouse.

heh heh heh so I went into a directory where I was certain I'd checked every thing out anf there it was with a typo the extended 6 iterations of FakemStoneIsland...d'oh and a LOL..doing a test render as I type to see where I wanna take it. Moved and scaled the light house to the other structure and maybe fixed it's light.

Me too, fixed a bunch of things I didn't like, upped the AA and Detail and 10 hours later 1/2 rendered...should got an intel cpu....sigh

Don't give up just yet. Are you sure something isn't running in the background? Probably the detail and AA I suppose....

I wish I understood all about graphic cards and RAM and Giga this and Tera that, because it always seems that something doesn't jive when your drive shows like a tenth used and renders go so slow. Someone could explain it to me for a week and I would still not get it, so I go with what I got too.
