Hello,

this is my first image rendered with the deep version and also the first image posted here. I hope you like it. :)

Nice!, I like your clouds, they look extremely well done, I also like your water..Have you added any nodes to it? as it seems to be a slightly diffrent colour...

Kranky

Yes, I added a Lambert shader with a dark blue-green color to the water.

zionner

Yeah, It works really well, Again..Nice Picture :D

Harvey Birdman

That's excellent!! All it needs is sonshine777's canoe.

:D

Volker Harun

This is very good. You might want to give AA some high setting for the populations and maybe one more surface shader for breaking up the floor (only a slight colour change withing luminosity and/or saturation)

This reminds me of photos I've seen.  Good job.  As I look at the water, I'm encouraged by the fact we will someday have transparent water, which would make this shot supreme.
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

Saurav

I agree with Volker, you want at least AA of 5 when you render vegetation.

sjefen

Your clouds are very good.

Thanks for you comments :)

I've rendered the image at 2400x1500 and the rendertime was 24 hours. I used AA=3.
When I use AA=5 or higher the rendertimes will be a lot longer... and that's not really good ;) But I will try it the next time with a cropped preview rendering.

Simple composition and effective. Good work.

Very nice clouds.  The flatten base option really works on this.

I used "wispy base" for the cumulus clouds ;D

LOL!   Well the tops of those clouds are very impressive, so I figured that's what you used.  Either way, very nice.

So this is your first image? I'm impressed, very, very well done! I like your clouds, they turned out quite well and the greenish tint of the water is well done as well.
