How do I post a link so the word (for example "link") is the clickable link rather than a whole string of http://yada.yada. Hope this makes sense, coffee still kicking in lol
Thanks

In the opening URL tag, say 'URL=' and the url string (enclosed in double quotes), close the opening tag, type the desired phrase, then the close url tag. Don't include the 'http://' portion of the URL - that'll be added automatically.

You know what's worse than not being able to do anything right or make anything good? Not being able to blame it on anyone but yourself.

Cheers guys, I was just getting tired of looking at interminably long useless links in my posts, nothing like being neat lol :)

Good thing g_m kicked in - I gave you a bum steer. No double quotes around the URL.

Exactly how you managed to write over 300 posts without working out how to do links properly is a mystery to me... ???

cyphyr

Er... that was done by just clicking on the link button, I just got tired of looking at web addresses :D
