Procedural Raw Wood?
« on: August 22, 2018, 11:59:43 PM »
How's this looking for a board? :P

Little out of scale at 2x0.25m but easily scaled. Noise is based on Z so it can fractalized, and rotated to Y axis for this this sample. There are issues with my MPD and AA limitations where I'm not entire sure of the look at high quality or if it will still be noisy. The displacements by colour are sensitive.

the first 2 convince me but the smoothed one looks like old paint to me...maybe something in that as well
something borrowed,
something Blue.
Ring out the Old.
