Standard render.   And only set Enviro Light to 0.85.  Not much into all that fancy-schmancy stuff like Path Tracing anyway.  Focusing more on terrain features, I maybe could chosen another feature that showed the columnar effects I wanted.  I got bored and tossed an extra home star.
You don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows...


I like this angle and the more dominant shadows, but yeah it would be nice to have some more highlights on the columnars. But there are some at least. Great job.



Fantastic sky! I've messed around with two enviroment nodes, one set to GI and one set to AO. With very little effort you can get excellent shadow detail with very little increase in render time.

Fractal, surreal, abstract, the main thing is not everyday like the bread roll with liver cheese from the sausage stand around the corner, although it is of course great that there are sausage stands without which the social bustle would come to a standstill ;)
