GI cache resolution
March 02, 2020, 01:05:26 PM
Hi again. apologies for banging on about this but I want to be sure before I upload to Pixel Plow. I am rendering my GI cache at half my master resolution.
i.e 960x540 and my final pic is 1920x1080. Will this be ok?
Ill not say another word on the subject!
Ta.

I saw that you got a reply in the other thread, but yes, you can use a GI cache that was generated at half resolution, it'll just be equivalent to full resolution with the GI cache detail halved.
