Seems like the 'Future' is pretty much here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNp3-fT8bd0

Real time VR 3D tools for composition with Megascan imports and FBX and Alembic export: https://tvori.co/

Another stunning short animation from Jean-Michel Bihorel: https://www.behance.net/gallery/112142679/Sedimental-Memory

Rendering with: http://guerillarender.com/

Whhhhat the f*** ever! Lmao

That is nuts, and this guy makes it looks easy as pie.

So that image I saw on FB was based off this challenge? I saw that same tree stump and forest population but it was snow covered I think (or just white texture-less)

This is honestly a smart way to do layouts for 3d.

Thanks for sharing.

The part i most liked was when he wrote "This took 10 day" or so...
As i thought while watching it must have taken days but this looks so fast and easy when showed this way.
Many who see these kind of videos think this kind of work is easy and fast probably.

The only thing I think that was representative of the actual time was tvori scene. Not much to do there but place things. But that platform makes that so much faster then using Houdini or anything else.

Amazing stuff, and software. There's so much out there that needs investigating.... but so little time. Thanks for the links, Doug.
