When i place a Spotlight underwater with the data shown in the picture, i dont get the results i expect.

The glowing underwater looks very disapointing. Or do i something wrong?

And this is the final rendering:

Rendering: 0.8
Anti-aliasing: 8

Looks very grainy and i miss the glow underwater.
