Soft areas of V3 clouds

I'm trying to do a mix of hard and soft clouds with v3 but i cant get soft hazey bits without it being clamped off at a certain softness. But at the same time, sporadically in just a single PF into a PF I occasionally see this effect. Is it something to do with params or really just noise? Hard to rell when all I can preview of the noise is 2D and what happens in RTP slowly.
