I really didnt knew what to name this...I would like your suggestions for the name....I am really happy with the result...

it took about 25 hrs with detail set to 0.7 AA 15 and GI 3

I have a new technique for the clouds...I have used this technique in this image...I will demonstrate it maybe tomorrow....
"His blood-terragen level is 99.99%...he is definitely drunk on Terragen!"

Fine name.  Like the tree leaf color and the sky.  Cool birds.
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

This looks very good! The leafs look good indeed, and so does the sky. Only minor crit is that the composition of the bench and trees is a bit too perfectly symmetric.
Those clouds are subtle and nice, great work!

Well, not 'Pecaeful Morning', huh? ;)

I think given the color of the leaves on the trees, it would work well to name it something like 'Autumn Morning' or 'November Morning' (although 'October Morning' definitely isn't as artistic).

A bench? Is that what it is? My monitor is set too dark to see that kind of stuff...
You know what's worse than not being able to do anything right or make anything good? Not being able to blame it on anyone but yourself.

dhavalmistry

seriously...is it too dark on most of you people's monitors???
"His blood-terragen level is 99.99%...he is definitely drunk on Terragen!"

Seth

a little bit dark here too :)
i can barely see the bench...

I'm currently at work and because I know it is a bench I can see it is a bench...
At home I can see it very clearly, lots more detail in the rest of the image than over here at work.
So it's very monitor dependent, unfortunately.

dhavalmistry

I guess I can do some post work in PS and adjust some brightness/contrast for darker monitors...

This is really a gorgeous image. The composition is symmetrical, but the lighting angle offsets that nicely and I think it works really well. I'm on a laptop LCD so the brightness is a bit variable depending on viewing angle. If I am looking from slightly above I can see the bench very well, but straight-on to the LCD (what I assume is the proper viewing angle) it's pretty dark.

Is this the original resolution you rendered at? 25 hours? Even with the high AA it still looks a bit sharp - did you sharpen it, or resize at all? If this is the native resolution, what system did it take 25 hours on? That seems a bit high, although the render settings are high too of course... Regardless, a very nice image.

yes this is the original resolution I renderd at...I didnt do any postwork or any resizing...

my TV must be really bright....I can not only see the bench but I can also see the bumps applied to the bench as well as trees...

overlordchuck

I can mostly see it.  Liking the bench in the foreground.

dhavalmistry

here is the brighter version....I hope you all can see it now...

render time is 15 hrs with same settings but GI lowered to 1

Much better.  I like it.  Very peaceful.

another update....

I was just preparing to submit my portfolio and I re-rendered this with some more light in the scene....

I hope its better than the first two!

I would really appreciate if you guys could tell me if you can see everything in the image properly...if it is still too dark, then I will not submit this as the part of my portfolio!

From my monitor, the lower portion looks like it needs a lot of soft shadow.
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?
