I was thinking that I haven't done a 360 in Terragen for ages, so here's a 360 remix of a desert scene I did a while back with Gaea and Terragen, using a new random seed.

Took two days to render at 9600x4800, which reminded me why I don't do more 360 renders.  :P

Fantastic. I haven't seen a 360 in a while. So this is refreshing.

I think the terrain could do without the green blotchiness. It looks low-resolution in large format in the 360 viewer.

Yeah, the green fuzz is a vegetation map out of Gaea.  It looks pretty good in the shaded parts, but not high res enough to withstand a close-up in the sun.

Really, really nice man! I love the red variations in the rock & soil. Very natural. 
The more I use Terragen, the more I realize the world is not so small.
