can't access NWDA contest site

Has anyone else had trouble accessing the NWDA contest submission site?

Thanks Hannes.  I'm trying to upload my contest entry, but when I try to click on the actual submission section I get "Connection timeout / error occurred during a connection to submit.nwdachallenge.com".   I thought maybe I had to have a login ID but can't actually to find anyplace on the NWDA site  to use a login ID.

so some nice person said email it to them
and they put it up
