Photogrammetry Questions

So I've made this house using photogrammetry and was wondering if it's OK to sell it on for example Sketchfab as an obj. and still give it away for free as a tgo. somewhere else?

I wouldn't know why you couldn't do that. Tgo's are for the happy few who still use TG , obj's have a wider audience, so I hope you can get some return for your excellent work.

That's what I'm thinking also.
I'm just so unsure and don't wanna mess up

Very nice model!  
Can't speak to Sketchfab, but if you were to sell it on Turbosquid what you propose should be ok.  The only place you might run into trouble is if   you got the model Checkmate certified and then tried to sell the same model (in same format) to another site.
