Crater + Classic Erosion

Recently got the Classic Erosions Plugin out of curiosity and bc it was cheap. Pretty fun to you, though I'm still getting the hang of it. (I learned after this render that I could place the plugin node before the compute terrain and not turn my pc into mush).

ever try a DEM of a crater?
i have Barringer Crater ( Meteor Crater Arizona)
haven't figured out a good pic for it yet

Nice use of the masks for the inside colors, that looks great.

nope haven't tried real-world data much. I tend to create my own terrains.

I'm a bit surprised though that i have to put the gamma of the image at below 0.5 to get it to show up properly though. feels like it should not be nessesary.

Cool crater!
I tried applying Daniils erosion to mars maps, but without much success. Will have to look into that again.

Yeah, the outputs need some adjustment. I also used WP settings like 0.05 or so for certain effects.
